Slimtech Naive Collection by Lea Ceramiche

Slimtech Naive Collection by Lea Ceramiche was created in collaboration with Patrick Norguet. Design of this tile series was inspired by avant-garde technology. It is about a unique synthesis of design and technology, of a true craftsmanship and industry. We can see an extraordinary play with the inner “architecture” of any space – because of a special sense of rhythm revealed among very intricate patterns. Actually, it is about visual images which seem to be simple but very complicated at the same time. Carefully drawn pencil lines – create an interweaving effect, or a unique visual web of random marks. These lines intersect spontaneously, creating vibrant surfaces which seem to be unreal or marked with three-dimensional effect. Such a design reveals a unique inner sense of rhythm and architectonics of any space, and visually changes our perception. It is about an original ability to create a spontaneous and dynamic – constantly changing space which can be mysterious and contemporary, clear or very complicated at the same time.
